Fragment of a burnt clay brick with fragments of 7 lines of a cuneiform inscription, impressed with a stamp, of the Neo-Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar II reign 604–562 BC. Archaized graphic style of cuneiform characters. Associated with Esagila Babylon and Ezida Babylon; origin likely Babylon or Borsippa, Southern Mesopotamia Iraq. Brick; weight 940 g; dimensions 15.1 cm × 12.4 cm × 4.9 cm., A roughly rectangular, irregularly shaped stone fragment sits against a plain gray background, showing a textured, weathered surface with many shallow grooves, cracks, and raised areas. The stone displays an overall beige to light tan color with areas of darker brown in crevices and slight grayish tones near the edges. The top edge is uneven and chipped, and one vertical side shows a smoother, lighter face with faint discoloration. The surface patterning forms a network of fissures and reliefs that create a rough, pitted appearance, and a soft shadow appears beneath the stone.
