Upper part of a stele with acroteria with four lines of inscription: For the Lady, Tanit the Face of Baal, and for the Lord, Baal-Hammon, this is what Magon, son of Azarbaal, offered .... The back side of the object has not been processed and smoothed. 3rd–2nd century BC. Carthage Tunisia. Stele, votive inscription. Height 14.5 cm, width 9 cm, depth 6 cm, weight 1.08 kg., A rough, irregularly shaped stone with a jagged peak and uneven surfaces, shown against a plain gray background; the stone displays a textured surface with pits, ridges, and fractures, and a mix of pale beige, off-white, light tan, and subtle gray tones across its face, with small areas of slightly darker brown and faint cream highlights.
