Glass decorated with a leaf and fruit motif; transparent, colorless glass with relief decoration in two registers separated by two thin horizontal convex lines; upper register bounded above by a single convex line, lower register bounded below by two horizontal convex lines; blown in a mold. Bottom diameter 4.25 cm, weight 0.066 kg. Dated 1st–2nd century previously dated 2nd century BC. Syria manufacture, Gaul finding., Vessel., A single cylindrical vessel photographed against a plain light background, with a slightly flared rim and a straight body that tapers subtly toward the base; the surface shows a raised repeating pattern of circular and elongated teardrop motifs arranged in horizontal bands separated by narrow ridges, and the texture appears rough and weathered with areas of iridescent sheen. The visible colors are muted beige and tan overall with patches of pale brown and subtle greenish and silvery iridescence.
