The central, largest, has triangular, convex pupils surrounded by a circle. The two side eyes consist of two concentric circles and a marked mouth formed by two small, horizontal, convex lines. Each face is surrounded by a series of small circles. The appliqué has four perforations for sewing the plate, e.g. to a plaque. 5th–4th century BC, Greece .
