Double-edged sword, Bosporan workshop. Short sword, cast in one piece. Double-edged blade with a centric point; a prominent bulge runs through the center of both faces. Hilt divided into three segments: a crescent-shaped pommel decorated on both sides with small oval knobs imitating rivet heads, with one such knob on each side at the transition to the hilt shaft; b square-section shaft decorated on two opposite sides with horizontal incisions, with two convex flat bands surrounding the shaft in places and a guard at the base of the blade; c guard in the form of a horizontal profiled strip from which three protrusions emerge — two longer ones along the blade line and one shorter on the axis extension. 6th century BC; Black Sea region; weapon. Height 45.3 cm, width 5.6 cm, depth 1.7 cm, weight 0.566 kg, length 45.5 cm., A long metal object resembling a blade with a handle, shown vertically against a light gray background, with a rounded top handle that has a textured grip and a curved crosspiece with raised round bumps; the handle and hilt appear metallic with dark gray and silver tones, while the blade shows rough, uneven surfaces with areas of green patina and brownish rust, and the tip of the blade is a lighter brownish color.
