Ushabti, Hieroglyphs; funerary figurine shabti, mummy-shaped figurine, c. 1295–1186 BC, New Kingdom, 19th Dynasty, Egypt. Height 15.1 cm; width 4.2 cm. Arms crossed on the chest, right over left; hoes in each hand. Rectangular basket slung over both shoulders on the back. Painted tools. Wide painted usekh necklace on the chest; bracelets on the wrists. Long three-part wig, ears uncovered. Round face with large eyes, wide nose, mouth barely visible; wig and facial details painted. Painted inscription placed around the figurine's legs, mostly erased and illegible., A small weathered figurine stands on a rectangular base, showing a humanoid form with a stylized head and a long narrow body; the head has a rounded headdress framing a worn face, and the upper torso displays folded arms across the chest. The surface appears rough and pitted with flaking paint, and the visible colors include muted reds, faded yellows, pale whites, dark gray or black accents, and areas of brownish and beige tones. The base is a smooth block in a light tan color, and the background is a uniform mid-gray.
