Round face, clearly marked large eyes, wide nose, mouth in a slight grimace. Engraved inscription, placed in one column on the front of the legs; text illegible. 404–343 BC; Late Period, 28th–30th Dynasty, Egypt. Ushabti; height 7 cm., A small sculpted figure viewed in profile against a plain gray background, predominantly turquoise blue with areas of lighter blue and pale green patina, showing a human form with a rounded head, facial features, and a long body wrapped or clothed; there are a few rougher, weathered spots of brown and beige, and a small patch of white near the lower end, with some subtle darker blue and gray speckling across the surface.
