Ushabti, Mummy-shaped figurine, very schematically shaped. Hands crossed on the chest. Long tripartite wig. Facial details illegible. Not inscribed. ca. 1069–ca. 656 BC; Third Intermediate Period, Egypt. Ushabti, height 9.4 cm., A small irregularly shaped object with a rough, pitted surface sits against a solid gray background; the object shows a mix of greenish and brownish tones with some lighter beige areas, and a patch of darker bluish-black marking is visible on its top surface, while the underside and edges display variations of green, brown, and tan.
