Ushabti, Mummy-shaped figurine, standing on a base with the back supported by a flat pillar. Arms crossed on the chest, placed at the same level and some distance apart; each hand holds hoes. A string in the right hand suspends a basket over the left shoulder. Tools are engraved. Head wears a smooth, three-part wig. Elongated face with clearly defined eyes, a long nose, and a slight smile; long straight beard. Not inscribed. 525–343 BC, Late Period, 27th–30th Dynasty, Egypt. Ushabti; height 9.6 cm., A small upright figurine carved from a light tan to beige material with areas of pale green patina, shown in profile against a plain gray background; the figure has a rounded head, a defined facial profile with a prominent nose and chin, a textured beard, and a long cloak draped down the body, with the hands positioned at the front; the surface shows pitting and small holes, a horizontal crack around the midsection, and slightly darker spots and shadows that give subtle variations in the tan, beige, and pale green tones.
