Cypriot gourd jug, Small vessel with a barrel-shaped gourd-shaped body, without a foot, with a spherical bottom. On both shorter sides the center is marked with a small protruding point. A single, ring-shaped handle on the longer side, mounted above half the height of the body and at the base of the neck, curved downwards. Quite long neck, strongly flaring, conical spout. Yellow clay with yellow-brownish engobe. Decoration in black-brown and matte red: spout externally with a wide matte red band beneath a narrower black band; belly on both sides with two groups of three concentric black-and-brown lines of varying widths and spacing on the shorter sides the outer line is much wider. Protruding points are marked in black-and-brown. Cypriot Bichrome Ware III, 850–700 BC, Cyprus, vessel., A worn rounded vessel viewed from above with a central funnel-like opening and a short handle on one side, showing a rough textured surface in beige and tan with bands of darker brown stripes encircling its body, set against a plain light gray background.
