Fragment of a Greek dedicatory inscription, unknown author, tombstone inscription, 70 BC–1 AD; end of the Ptolemaic period or beginning of the Roman period, Egypt, Greek inscription, height 24.2 cm, width 24 cm, depth 4.7 cm, A broken dark gray stone fragment with a rough uneven edge on one side and a more squared, chipped edge on the opposite side, showing a slightly recessed rectangular panel and shallow incised marks across its face; the surface varies in tone from dark gray to lighter gray at the chipped areas, with subtle texture and weathering visible.
