Christian amulet with Greek inscription. Limestone amulet in the shape of an elongated hexagon. There is text in Greek on the sides and on the bottom. On the upper edge, there is a protrusion with a hole drilled through it, most likely used to attach a strap or chain. The letters on the five mentioned edges form a coherent inscription in Greek with magical meaning. 2nd–3rd century, Miletus place of finding. Amulet. Height 5.2 cm, width 2.3 cm., A vertically oriented stone object with a rough texture and a rectangular lower portion topped by an irregular upper section with a rounded hole near the top; the surface shows carved shallow grooves forming angular shapes and incised lines; the stone displays a range of grayscale tones from light gray to dark gray with midtone variations; the background is a uniform pale gray.
