Shabti legs, mummy-shaped figurine fragment: fragment of the legs of a mummy-shaped shabti figurine preserved from the knees down. The feet rest on a base, the back of the figurine is supported by a pilaster. In front of the legs is a column of hieroglyphic inscription enclosed in a frame; painted inscription. Late Period, Egypt, 664–332 BC. Shabti; height 4.3 cm, width 2 cm., A blue glazed ceramic or faience fragment shaped like a small upright rectangular column with a flared top and a stepped base sits against a plain gray background, showing worn edges and small chips where an underlying beige material is visible; the glaze displays variations of bright turquoise blue, deeper cobalt blue streaks, and some darker blue spots, with a few areas of lighter bluish-green near the base and tiny specks of pale beige from surface wear.
