Ushabti - upper part of a figurine. Mummy-shaped funerary figurine ushabti, head and torso fragment. Figurine resting on a pillar with arms crossed on the chest, hoes in both hands. A twisted rope runs from the right hand over the left shoulder to the back. Convex tools; a basket hangs on the back on a string; the basket is engraved. Three-part smooth wig, long wide smooth beard. Large almond-shaped eyes, large ears; other facial details damaged. Inscription placed in a column on the pillar, text illegible. 664–332 BC, Late Period, Egypt. Height 3.5 cm., A small sculpted bust with a rough, weathered surface showing a mix of turquoise blue and sandy beige colors, depicting a rounded head with a stylized headdress or hair framing the face, a worn facial area with shallow eye and mouth forms, a vertical element at the front resembling a braided or folded feature, textured areas on the shoulders and chest with traces of turquoise glaze, and small patches of exposed beige material where the surface has eroded, set against a plain gray background.
