Red-figure patera-phiale depicting a woman with a fan and basket. Classified Gallo-Classical Scenography, female images iconographic. Southern Italian pottery. Repossession Zabkowice Slaskie. Apulia Italy. Reddish clay with black glaze; numerous additions of white and yellow paint. Deep bowl with two vertical, profiled handles on the rim, decorated with three decorative knobs with heads adorned with white rosettes. Funnel-shaped foot with an upturned, profiled rim; similar profiling on the vessel rim. Richly decorated interior: in a medallion framed by laurel-branch motif painted in white and a black chasing-wave ornament, a woman running left in a chiton holding a basket and a fan. Stylized plants on the sides; a rosette in the left field. Dated 350–325 BC previously 3rd quarter of the 4th century BC. Type: vessel, patera. Weight: 1.144 kg., A round decorative plate with a central painted scene featuring a standing woman in a flowing dress holding an object in each hand, surrounded by stylized floral motifs; the plate shows a border of leaf-like shapes and small rosette accents on the rim. The visible colors include terracotta brown, black, white, and touches of beige.
