Ushabti, Mummy-shaped figurine. Hands folded on the chest—right over left. Hoes in each hand. Large basket slung over both shoulders on the back. Painted tools. Three-part smooth wig with a headband tied at the back; painted wig. Facial details blurred. Inscription engraved and filled with black dye on the front of the legs, now almost invisible. Third Intermediate Period, Deir el-Medina. Shabti. Height 10.7 cm, width 4 cm., A small statuette in shades of blue and turquoise with patches of darker blue and brown, shown upright on a light gray background; the figure has a rounded head with darker brown areas suggesting hair or a headdress, a simplified face with a lighter blue tone, narrow shoulders and arms folded across the chest, and a tapered lower body with mottled blue, turquoise, and brown surface texture and some rough, worn spots.
