Amulet - multiple eye iret, eyes, protective amulet, ca. 818–715 BC; Third Intermediate Period, 23rd–25th Dynasty, Edfu, amulet, height 4.8 cm, width 4.5 cm, A round, flat object with a weathered, carved surface showing shallow raised and recessed shapes; the material appears rough and stone-like with a grainy texture. Visible colors include shades of gray, dark gray, beige, brown, and hints of black. The surface shows rounded and oval raised forms arranged in horizontal bands, separated by a raised horizontal ridge across the middle. A few vertical raised elements intersect the bands, and there are several irregular pits and erosion marks across the face. The outer edge is slightly irregular and worn, with areas of darker discoloration along the rim. The background is a uniform light gray.
