This is the visible part of the balance. On the edge of the bridge the text: LA FIDELITE ME CONDUIT. In the back plate are engraved the numbers 1 to 8 under the glass in the bridge. Here can be placed pointer by means of square marker on the left. With this device, the tension of the balance spring can be changed as means of regulating the watch. The engraved signature is located in recess of the ornament. In the center of this the rewind pin. The watch is in single smooth silver case with movable glass (hinge pin missing) WILLEM GIB JUNIOR ROTTERDAM 59 (platine) and W. GIB JUNIOR (dial). On the edge of the bridge the text: LA FIDELITE ME CONDUIT time measuring well-to-do bourgeoisie
