Two Porters carry tourist supplies in the Tsaranoro Massif in central Madagascar.
The Granite Mountains behind are a major attraction for climbers and trekkers from all over the world, who generally stay in nearby Camp Catta.
The Camp is a joint enterprise run by a French charitable organization and Madagascan enthusiasts. As well as providing food and lodging for tourists the Camp is a great benefactor to the local rural economy and has built a school and medical centre in what is otherwise an extremely poor area.
