'Landscape with an Obelisk', 1638, (1967). Storm clouds pile up in the distance, pierced by the sun which illuminates the road and the obelisk. The painting, stolen in 1990 from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, USA, was previously attributed to Rembrandt. Several of the suspects met violent deaths, and consequently there are very few persons of interest left alive in the Gardner Heist investigation.
