Gallery views of the 'International Exhibition of Chinese Art' held at the Royal Academy of Arts, Burlington House, London from November 1935-March 1936 (1935). Large South Room with the entrance to Gallery X in the background, a panel of embroidered silk in a frame (catalogue number 2879) on the wall on the left hanging over a scroll painting 'Kazak Kirghis Envoys Presenting Horses to the Emperor Ch'ien-lung' by Lang Shih-ning (Giuseppe Castiglione, Jesuit Father) (catalogue number 2880), a 'Bottle Decorated with a White Dragon on a Coral-red Ground' (catalogue number 2922) on a shelf in the corner, and the soapstone 'Chain of Mountains and Pagodas' (catalogue number 2546) on a plinth to the right of the doorway.
