E.H. Baily, 1866 or after. British sculptor Edward Hodges Baily (1788-1867) produced numerous public monuments, portrait busts, statues and exhibition pieces. He carved friezes for the Marble Arch and Buckingham Palace. His numerous statues of public figures include that of Horatio Nelson on top of Nelson's Column.
