Franco-Prussian War (1870-1871); King William I arriving from Ems, at the Berlin railway station, receives the news of the French declaration of war (19 July 1870), 1870. After reading it, he embraces the Royal Prince, who was waiting for him with Bismarck and the generals Helmuth von Moltke, Albrecht von Roon and Friedrich von Wrangel.
