Treaty of Fontainebleau (October 27, 1807), 1851. Signed on 27 October 1807 between Manuel Godoy and Napoleon Bonaparte. The joint Franco-Spanish military invasion of Portugal, an ally of Great Britain, was agreed, allowing French troops to pass through Spanish territory.
