Brasenose College and Radcliffe Camera, Oxford, c1955. Brasenose College, one of the constituent colleges of the University of Oxford, was founded in 1509. The Radcliffe Camera, designed by James Gibbs in a Baroque style, was built in 1737-1749 to house the Radcliffe Science Library.
