The Star of Bethlehem - by the late Sir E. Burne-Jones, 1898. The painting depicts the Adoration of the Magi with an angel holding the Star of Bethlehem. One of the world's largest watercolours, it was commissioned by the Corporation of the City of Birmingham for its new Museum and Art Gallery in 1887. From "Illustrated London News", 1898.
