McKinnon Wood, Chairman, London County Council - head of the firm of Hugh Wood and Sons, wholesale provision merchants; Lord Welby, Vice-Chairman, London County Council - former Permanent Secretary of the Treasury; Mr. Henry Percy Harris, Deputy-Chairman, London County Council - Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee; the late Signor Cavallotti - the duel between Deputy Cavallotti and Deputy Macoia had a tragic ending; for the sword of Signor Macoia...entered Signor Cavallotti's mouth and cut the artery, so that in two speechless minutes he was dead; the late Mr. George Müller - [undertook] evangelistic work under the auspices of the Society for Promoting Christianity among the Jews; the late Earl of Bradford - Master of the Horse, Lord Chamberlain; M.
