Advertisement for Mellin's Food for Infants & Invalids, 1898. 'Hound Road, Netley, Near Southampton, Oct. 1st, 1896. Messrs. Mellin's Food, Ltd., Dear Sirs, - I enclose you a photo of my little boy, Jack, who was only eight months old when taken. He was a very delicate baby when born, and at five weeks old the doctor gave up all hopes of his recovering from convulsions; but when sufficiently recovered I started giving him Mellin's Food, and the photo will show with what good results.
