The Surplus portions of the vast and choice Stocks will be very considerably reduced. DETAILED CIRCULAR ON APPLICATION'. Peter Robinson was a chain of department stores. Its flagship store, founded in 1833 as a drapery, was at Oxford Circus, London. Peter Robinson (1804-1874) bought up nearby shops on Oxford Street to create a department store.
