The royal arms, held by angels, together with the white and red roses of York and Lancaster, and the white greyhound and red dragon of Henry VII. The fleur-de-lys and lions are surmounted by a crown. The border is decorated with stylised representations of flowers and a dragon. From "Petri Carmeliani Brixiensis poete suasoria Leticie ad Angliam pro sublatis bellis ciuilibus et Arthuro principe nato epistola": a Latin elegiac poem dedicated to and in praise of Henry VII. and in celebration of the birth of Prince Arthur in 1486.
