Battle between two armies, 1485-1490. Miniature of a battle. In the centre lie the dead and injured, bleeding from their wounds. The border in the lower margin contains floral decoration and two monkeys, chained to an iris. 'Gerard de rossillon fils du roy [roi] de bourgogne [?] la ditte abbaye et eglise de bezelay [Vézelay?] et y [?]' (Gerard de Rossillon, son of the king of Burgundy [?], the said abbey and church of Bezelay [Vézelay?] and there [?]) From the Chroniques abrégées des Anciens Rois et Ducs de Bourgogne.
