Légende

James Fraser, Bishop of Manchester, 1878. Fraser taught at Oriel College, was a prebendary at Salisbury Cathedral, and wrote reports on education and the employment of women and children in agriculture. Gladstone appointed him Bishop of Manchester in 1870.
