Félicien Trewey, (born Félicien-François Trevey, 1848-1920), was a French magician, mime, comedian, vaudevillian, tightrope walker, balance artist, dancer, musician, chapeaugraphist and shadowgraphist. Shadowgraphy (or ombromanie) is the art of performing a story or show using images made by hand shadows. It can also be called 'cinema in silhouette'.
