Shows the family of Viscount Ishii Kikujiro¯ (1866-1945), a Japanese diplomat who served as Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan between 1915 and 1916. The boy is riding a tricycle. Photograph was published in The Sunday Oregonian, March 5, 1916 a tthe time when Baron Ishii returned to Tokyo to become Foreign Minister of Japan.
