Paris fashions for November, 1861. '1. The Manteau Marchesa...the facings and ornaments are of velvet, and the edges are bordered with narrow plain silk trimming; the hood is composed of velvet edged with crape. The robe of this toilet is of velours épingle; and the bonnet of green silk...surmounted by roses, over which the feathers...are made to fall gracefully. 2. The Manteau Hongrois. This cloak is composed principally of velvet-pile cloth...the sleeves and the cuffs are bordered with a satin cording. Plain silk dress; bonnet of white taffetas piqué, ornamented with a feather...the cap is made up of blonde passing nearly all round the face, with velvet ribbons at the top...3. Evening Dress. Grey silk robe, ornamented...with a gauffered tricoloured flounce surmounted by two narrow green-edged ruching trimmings attached festoonwise. The corsage is double, the lower one advancing with a point upon the skirt...The upper corsage and the cuffs and jockey of the square-cut sleeves are of three colours...Green crape bonnet ...black lace carried forward to the front edge...The headdress in the medallion is composed of black figured lace, falling loosely at the back.
