Will and testament of Daniel Juzan, 1825. Legal document: 'In the name of God, Amen, I Daniel Juzan of the County of Mobile, and State of Alabama, do make and publish this my last Will, and Testamen, hereby revoking, and making void all former wills by me, at any time, heretofore made. After the payment of all my just debts, and charges, I dispose of my estate as follows. First, I give, and devise to my following named children to wit, Pierre Juzan, Amante Toulmin [?] wife of Theophilus Toulmin, Louise Juzan, Solidel Juzan, and John Baptiste Juzan, all my personal, and real estate, with the exception of the sum of money hereinafter mentioned, wheresoever the same may be situate or of whatever kind [?] the same may be, to have and to hold to them the said Pierre, Amante Solidel...'.
