Felixstowe, Suffolk Coastal, Suffolk, 19/06/1954. A family with a young girl and a dog posed during a Laing staff trip to Felixstowe. In 1947, after a seven year break, Laing had resurrected their 'Area Outings' for staff and their families, with trips taking place in May and June. In 1954, there were seven outings planned to take place over five weeks in May and June. This trip was for employees and their families from the Eastern Counties.
