Carlisle, Cumbria, 19/06/1954. Children taking a ride on a miniature train named 'Brisco Belle' during a sports day at Laing's Carlisle Sports Club. On 19th June 1954 an annual sports day was held at the Sports Club in Carlisle. Activities commenced between 2pm and 11pm, including a programme of track and field events, side-shows, a buffet tea, a film show and dancing in the marquee.
