A portrait of Mr D Sheehan and his wife, taken on the day of his retirement presentation held at the Plant and Transport headquarters in Borehamwood. A similar photo was published in the May 1980 edition of Laing's monthly Team Spirit newsletter. Mr Sheehan had joined the Company in 1950 as a plant operator. He was presented with a camera as a retirement gift from Derek Welsh, Director of Plant and Transport.
