The foyer leading to the market area at the Swiss Centre. The Swiss Centre was designed by David Aberdeen and was built by John Laing & Son Ltd. It had shops at street level with a market area and restaurants in the podium known as Swiss Fair and an eleven storey building above including offices and residential units. The building was demolished in 2008.
