The Solicitor-General, Mr. Fitzroy Kelly, M.P., 1845. Portrait of British lawyer, judge and politician Sir Fitzroy Edward Kelly. 'Mr. Kelly is verging on fifty years of age; he is rather short, but compactly built, with well cut features.
