Fruit Schooner, 1844. Sailing ship carrying fruit to Britain: 'The "Isabel", of 157 tons, off Gibraltar, on her voyage for the Mediterranean. She belongs to Messrs. Adams, of Pudding- lane (who own several others of a similar description), the principal brokers and merchants in the metropolis for oranges and lemons'. From "Illustrated London News", 1844, Vol I.
