Vasteras recess, 1527. Religious Discourse between Olaus Petri and Peder Galle. Olaus Petri, Swedish clergyman, writer, judge and major contributor to the Protestant Reformation in Sweden, discusses with Peder Galle, Gustav Vasa whilst his men listen. As a result of the Riksdag of Västerås in 1527, referred to as the "Reformation Riksdag", the Estates agreed to a number of demands.
