The Wininng Card on the ace of diamonds', 1910. Transformation playing card with the diamond featuring as a large patch on the much-mended coat of a card-player. Creating playing card 'Squiggles', or 'Squiggling', in which the pips of the non-face cards were incorporated into an artistic design, was popular in the 19th century.
