Inside view of Houston International Airport, Houston, Texas, USA, 1957. Vintage postcard showing a view of a gift shop and seating area. Previously known as Houston Municipal Airport, the airport was renamed Houston International in 1954. A new, expanded terminal building opened the same year. Limitations on the expansion of the airport led to its replacement as Houston's international airport by Houston Intercontinental in 1969.
