Detail study for the Glory of St Faustinus and St Jovita in the Church of SS Faustino and Jovita in Brescia, Italy. At one time known to have been in the collection of Dr Hans Wendland, Lugano, Switzerland. Italian Venetian painter and printmaker Giovanni Domenico Tiepolo (1727-1804) was the son of artist Giovanni Battista Tiepolo, and elder brother of Lorenzo Baldissera Tiepolo.
