Jozef Boruwlaski (1739-1837) and Patrick Cotter O'Brien (1760-1806), c1780. Count Jozef Boruwlaski (1739-1837) was a Polish-born dwarf who toured in European and Turkish courts. Patrick Cotter O'Brien (1760-1806) was the first of only thirteen people in medical history to stand at a verified height of eight feet. The two men met on Cotter's tour of 1780.
