Memorial portrait of Hiroshige, 1858 (1925). Ando Hiroshige (1797-1858) was one of the last great artists of the woodblock printing tradition known as Ukiyo-e. Signed Toyokuni, dated horse year, 9th month. From the British Museum. A print from The Colour Prints of Hiroshige by Edward F Strange, Cassell and Company Limited, London, New York, Toronto and Melbourne, 1925.
