Colonel Baden-Powell, Lieutenant-General in the British Army, 1902. Baden-Powell (1857-1951) was stationed at Kandahar with the 13th Hussars after the final battle in Afghanistan. More famously he commanded British forces at the Siege of Mafeking during the Boer War and was the founder of the Boy Scout movement.
