Basilica di Santa Croce: "Crocifisso", (1272-80) di Cimabue, tempera su tavola. Ai lati del Cristo in croce, la Madonna e S. Giovanni evangelista.
La croce riporta l'iconografia del Christus patiens, cioè un Cristo morente sulla croce, con gli occhi chiusi, la testa appoggiata sulla spalla e il corpo inarcato a sinistra.
